This Privacy Policy explains how Marberton Limited trading as "Baimbroq" ("we", "us", "our") handles your personal data when you use our website, baimbroq.co.uk. We are the data controller. Our products AIMS (aims.baimbroq.co.uk) and Aegisite (aegisite.workflo.hu) are provided through their own applications and have their own privacy notices, which apply when you sign up for or use those products. This policy covers the baimbroq.co.uk website and enquiries you send us.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have separately opted in.
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under a written agreement, and only as needed:
Your enquiry data is stored and handled within the EU (Germany): both our website host and our email are located there, so we do not transfer your enquiry data outside the UK/EEA. If you buy a product, payment is handled by Stripe under its own privacy notice, including any transfer it makes under its own safeguards. If in future we use a provider outside the UK/EEA, we will ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place (an adequacy decision, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to deal with it, and in any event delete it within 12 months of our last contact. Technical/server-log data is kept for a limited period for security and diagnostics (up to 90 days). Account and billing data for products is retained under the relevant product's notice and as required by law (for example, tax records).
Under UK data-protection law you have the right to: access your personal data; have it corrected or deleted; restrict or object to our use of it; data portability; and, where we rely on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time (this does not affect processing before withdrawal).
